1. Job Description
- Make specific business and marketing plans for the department and each individual according to the general strategy of the company to ensure the achievement of the company's set targets.
- Managing sales staff, training and guiding sales staff
- Develop standards for prospecting and customer care.
- Negotiate with customers to bring orders to the company.
- Maintain existing relationships with shipping lines, develop new relationships with new shipping lines.
- Professional support, skills to work with customers with other departments.
- Coordinate with debt accounting to grasp the debt situation of the customers that the sales department is in charge of, to have a timely resolution and support.
- Monitor and be responsible for the activities of the sales department
- Allocate appropriate work to employees in the sales department
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff
- Report the sales and general activities of the sales department monthly/quarterly to the Board of Directors.

2. Detailed Experience/Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of business/customer care/logistics operation.
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Sales Management or higher
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, ...)
- English: good reading and writing (can write emails in English)
- Good knowledge of import-export delivery, maritime transport, foreign trade and state regulations and policies for the industry.
- Knowledge of marketing, understanding of the industry.
- Customer care skills
- Skillful communication skills with customers, shipping lines and related partners.
- Data synthesis, analysis and problem solving skills
- Team building skills
- Effective work organization and arrangement skills
- Ability to coordinate and work in a team
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
- Flexible, quick to respond to work requirements.
