Position: SALES EXECUTIVE (IMPORT EXPORT)
1. Job Description
- Finding new customers and offering company services
- Follow up and take care of existing customers
- Take care of customers and solve problems that arise during shipping.
- Record feedback on prices and customer needs and report back to the manager
- Work hard, together with the whole team to achieve the set targets.
- Will be discussed in more detail in the interview.
2. Detailed Experience/Skills
- Knowledge of logistics and international trade is preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same field
- Graduated from University/College majoring in International Economics, Business Administration,….
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, ...)
- English: good at reading and writing (can write emails in English)
- Sales & persuasion skills
- Skillful communication with customers/partners
- Ability to handle and solve problems quickly
- Good management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team
- Pressure resistance ability
